House rules

Dear Guests, please take note of the rules that apply in this house:

Quiet hours

  • Quiet hours apply from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
  • Please avoid noise, don't slam doors and be considerate of other guests.

Damage & fees

  • Report any damage before departure and cover the cost of repairs.
  • The fee for a lost key is €5.

Cleaning

  • Please leave the apartment in the condition you found it.
  • Before leaving, tidy up and wash all the dishes.

Kitchen & waste

  • The kitchen must be clean, with dishes put away in the cupboards.
  • Empty the bin and use bags for waste separation.

Smoking & appliances

  • Smoking is allowed only on the balcony, not inside the apartment.
  • Switch off the air conditioning and appliances every time you go out.

Terraces & equipment

  • Guests in upper-floor apartments: roll up the awnings before going out.
  • Do not hang anything on the awnings or swing on them.
  • Do not move the furniture and do not take blankets to the beach.

Check-out & booking

  • Check-out by 9:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
  • A booking is confirmed by a €200 deposit - refundable only if we cancel the stay.
